Private email organization
A little order.
A local workflow.
Node1 n8n Gmail helps its authorized owner organize incoming email. It reads matching Gmail messages, classifies them on Node1, and adds a clear label.

Find the next thing to review.
The workflow sorts messages into action requests, receipts, newsletters, or items needing review. The owner can inspect execution results and adjust the matching filter in the private n8n editor.
Node1/ActionNode1/ReceiptsNode1/NewslettersNode1/ReviewLocal classification
Email text used for classification goes to an Ollama model running on Node1. This workflow does not send email content to a hosted AI model or use it to train a general-purpose model.
Controlled actions
The current workflow adds labels. It has no email-sending, archiving, or deletion action. Automated classifications can be wrong and should be reviewed.
Google account access
You control the connection.
Google sign-in authorizes the app to access Gmail. The requested gmail.modify permission enables reading and labeling messages; Google's permission also includes broader mailbox capabilities than this workflow uses.
Read the privacy policy for data access, storage, retention, sharing, and removal details.
Limited availability
This is Phil Loper's privately operated automation for an explicitly authorized mailbox. This public information site does not offer account registration or connect visitors to Gmail.
Current pilot
The pilot checks every five minutes and matches inbox messages with Node1-Label-Test in the subject. Changes to the filter and behavior are made in the private editor.
