Scope & use
Terms of use
These terms describe the use of Node1 n8n Gmail, a private automation operated by Phil Loper.
Who may use the automation
The automation is for the owner and accounts expressly authorized by the owner. These public pages provide information; they do not enroll visitors, grant access to the private n8n editor, or authorize access to a Google account. Only connect a mailbox that you have authority to use, and follow any applicable employer or Google Workspace policies.
What the workflow does
The configured workflow reads matching Gmail messages, classifies them locally, and adds one of four fixed labels. The owner controls its filter, preview setting, and publication state. Google authorization remains under the account holder's control.
Automated classification can be inaccurate. Review labels and important messages before relying on them. The workflow is an organizational aid and does not replace professional judgment or a review of time-sensitive communications.
Availability and changes
Availability depends on Node1, Docker, network access, Google authorization, and the relevant service providers. There is no uptime or accuracy guarantee. Runs may be delayed or stop when authorization expires, the computer is offline, or an error occurs. The operator may revise or discontinue the private workflow.
Responsible use
Do not use the app to access another person's mailbox without permission, bypass organizational controls, or process data unlawfully. Keep passwords, OAuth credentials, and access links secure. Additional workflows or a change in processing providers require an appropriate review of permissions and data practices.
Privacy and ending use
The privacy policy explains data handling, retention, and removal. You may stop the workflow and revoke its Google connection at any time. Contact loper.phil@gmail.com for support or retained-data requests.
Independent operation
This app is independently operated by Phil Loper using n8n and Google's APIs. It is not an official Google or n8n service. Product names identify the services used; they do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
